Terms of Service & Software Licensing Agreement

1. Corporate Identity & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to DarkReign.co, operated by Pittman Technologies LLC, a Pennsylvania Domestic Limited Liability Company (PA Department of State Entity ID: 0015784666, registered in Pennsylvania, United States) ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website, purchasing commercial software licenses, or retaining our technical consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Software Licensing, Delivery & Refund Policy
- Digital Fulfillment & License Key Provisioning: Commercial software licenses and source code access are fulfilled digitally. Upon successful payment verification via Stripe, an authenticated cryptographic license key is generated, and repository onboarding instructions are dispatched to the customer's billing email.
- Monthly Software Subscriptions: Recurring software framework subscriptions (such as WALDO Quant Pro) may be canceled at any time with one click via the Stripe Customer Portal or by emailing [email protected]. Subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Technical Satisfaction Guarantee & Refunds: If you encounter verified technical incompatibility with your self-hosted operating environment that our engineering team is unable to resolve within 14 days of purchase, you may request a refund by emailing [email protected]. Upon approved refund, associated commercial license keys and repository access will be revoked.
- Consulting Engagements: Engineering consultation bookings may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. If a session cannot be delivered due to Company scheduling conflicts, a 100% full refund will be promptly issued.
3. Intellectual Property & License Grant
All proprietary source code, software frameworks, algorithms, documentation, and trademark assets (including the DarkReign brand and Keystone Crown emblem) are the exclusive intellectual property of Pittman Technologies LLC. Commercial license purchases grant the licensee a non-exclusive, revocable (or perpetual, where specified by the purchased tier) right to deploy, execute, and integrate the software for internal commercial or proprietary use. Redistribution, sublicensing, or public publication of proprietary source code is strictly prohibited unless explicitly granted in an enterprise agreement.
4. CFTC Rule 4.41 Disclaimer & Quantitative Software Notice
COMMODITY FUTURES TRADING COMMISSION (CFTC) RULE 4.41:
HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE CERTAIN INHERENT LIMITATIONS. UNLIKE AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING. Pittman Technologies LLC and its software tools (including the WALDO Quantitative Framework) provide computational algorithms and data processing software only. We do not provide personalized financial, investment, or legal advice, nor do we operate as a registered broker-dealer, financial planner, or investment advisor. You are solely responsible for evaluating all risks associated with financial market execution.
5. Payment Security & Taxes
All transactions are securely handled via Stripe, Inc. using bank-grade TLS 1.3 encryption. Pittman Technologies LLC never stores or has access to your full credit card numbers. Charges appear on your card or bank statement as PITTMANTECHNOLOGIES or PTTECH. Any applicable state sales or use taxes are collected where mandated by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Pittman Technologies LLC, its members, officers, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software frameworks or services. Under no circumstances shall the Company's total cumulative liability exceed the total amounts actually paid by you to Pittman Technologies LLC for the specific software license or service at issue.
