All Sales Are Final
All purchases made on darkreign.co are final. Because products are fulfilled directly from wholesale manufacturing warehouses and custom production facilities, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or ordering an incorrect size or color.
Orders cannot be cancelled once sent to the manufacturer for production or dispatch, except under the FTC 30-day rule below.
Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, you must report the issue within 25 days of delivery. This timeframe ensures our team has sufficient time to review and file your claim with the manufacturer before production partner claim windows close.
To submit a claim, email [email protected] with:
- Your DarkReign Order ID
- A description of the defect or issue
- Clear photographs or video showing the entire item, the specific damage or misprint, and the packaging
Upon receipt, we submit the claim directly to the manufacturer for verification. If the manufacturer approves the claim, you will receive a replacement unit or a refund to your original payment method. The timing of how a refund appears on your statement is determined by your financial institution.
Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived 30 days after it ships, contact us within 5 days after that. We will file a claim with the manufacturer and carrier. Some carriers require a non-delivery statement from your local post office. If the manufacturer approves the claim, you will receive a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
Federal Trade Commission (FTC) 30-Day Rule
In compliance with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435), if an order is not shipped within 30 days of payment, we will notify you and offer the option to either consent to a delay or cancel your order for a full refund to your original payment method.
